The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is situated close to many attractions in the area. the rooms are spacious and have good ventilation. the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and served with a variety of options that guests can choose from.

Guests have to be mindful of the frequent noise disturbance that occurs at night, which may hinder a peaceful sleep.

We especially enjoyed the spacious and well-ventilated room, complete with a heater that worked perfectly.

We had a great stay. The staff went out of their way to help us. They even arranged for us to pay our taxi fare through a bank transfer when we didn't have cash. We loved the location since it was close to everything and there was easy transportation. The hotel facilities were great, the elevator made going up and downstairs easy. Our room had an amazing view with good ventilation and the heater worked perfectly. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and found the cleanliness of the hotel to be superb.

The staff at Casa Retreat were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us when we needed cash for a taxi and even arranged a bank transfer for us. The breakfast provided was also delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to everything. The room itself was spacious, well-ventilated, and offered lovely views. The heater worked perfectly, keeping us warm and comfortable during our stay.
